Hi, is there any Wooting support staff here who can help me with reinstating a cancelled OWLAB Sweepstake order due to suspected fradulent
I placed an order using a credit card in my wife’s name because that is the card that we want to collect points on.
I went in to re-place another order but I can no longer and realized that my only purchase window is closed with the cancelled order.
I can provide any verification needed to prove that it is not fraudulent. Please assist me here as I really want the order to go through 🙏🙏🙏 I can also switch to my card instead.
