Received my 80HE last week.
Opened the box and found it had been crushed a bit. Opened the Wooting box to find it in the carrying case with NO damage.. phew.
Just wanted to provide some feedback on the QC packing process and maybe put a note in the shipping box (if the product box has an imperfection), as it does not look like it's from the shipping since the outside box had no damage.

Anyways...as mentioned, no damage to the actual product!
The keyboard is amazing!
Wife loved it so much that I had to order one for her (since she stole mine) and it arrived yesterday. Packaging was perfect for her 80HE.
Also, ordered the 60 for travel.
Amazing keyboards!
Keep building quality products!
Thanks Wooting Team!

Glad to read that the product is in pristine condition and that both you and your wife are enjoying it.

My guess is that happened during the freight shipment to the fulfilment center, so there would only have been one possible touch point to intercept it: the warehouse worker at the packing station.

Those folks do have training that if they come across something that has visible damage to the carton, to say something. I could see a scenario where that specific corner doesn't get noticed though. And if it did, it's subjective to say "that's too damaged" versus a little dent.

Ultimately we make our packaging strong enough to protect the product, and that seems to have worked well in this case. I am sorry though that this box is less beautiful for display on a shelf though. Hope the next one arrives pristine!
