within the wootility app i cant zoom out. not the browser version

try mapping numpad 0 with the browser so you can try resetting the zoom on the app

i got another keyboard and hit ctrl and 0 on the numpad

No it should just be Ctrl + (+/-/0/scroll wheel)

Wasn't there a problem with the windows scaling settings? Could that be the case here?
