So recently I have tried to update my wootility software, and right after that my keypad just stopped working with the Bootloader error ID. I have already tried restoring the keypad through the wootility software and also did a factory reset and it had a green indicator light but no key input still. I then restarted my pc as well as checking device manager for a connection and it gave me the same outcome. I have also tested my keypad on another device and it was working fine. The main issue I am having now is that the software detects my keypad (having the green light on wootility) but no keypresses when i click the keypad. Could anyone help with this?
