Question about actuation point

Hello i have this question rushing through my mind:
Since the stock lekker have a run of 4mm and that's what is shown on wootility. If i get another brand of switches with, let's say 3.4mm, and i bottom it out on wootility is shown as 4mm, which is innacurate i believe. Do i have to do some slight mathing when I set my actuation point?
