Hellouu i just wanted to ask if anyone knows the support wait times for prioritized tickets
because i got an email that there was an error with my order and if i directly reply to that said email the support team is on stand by and is ready to answer any questions or decisions i have and that my ticket will be prioritized
but i havent recieved an answer in about 17 hours and i dont know if it usually takes a little longer or if i did something wrong
