Go into signal RGB device tab and disable the wooting keyboard.

Been a while since I’ve used SignalRGB (my current pcs don’t have any RGB) but iirc if you click on device properties or something, that’s where you disable it. You’ll likely have to unplug the keyboard to get keyboard rgb to be controlled by the keyboard settings again.
