#Friction Fit Pad Installation Issue – Keyboard Too Tight in Optimum Case

I installed the Friction Fit Pad in my Optimum case, but I noticed the keyboard became extremely tight and hard to remove from the case—completely unlike the smooth process shown in the demo video. Did I do something wrong? Any advice would be appreciated!
