#Can’t enter BIOS with my 80HE

Hello. So, on my PC, to enter the BIOS, I need to click Del. Now, the Wooting 80HE does have a dedicated Del button, but I found that it doesn’t work. Other function keys (like F12) aren’t working, either. They’re mapped correctly in Wootility, so that shouldn’t be the issue. I also tried holding Fn as I’ve seen others suggest for the 60HE, but that didn’t help, either.

I should say, when I swap out my Wooting keyboard with my old Razer keyboard, connecting it to the same cable my Wooting keyboard is connected to, it works fine. So it’s not a cable issue, nor a port issue, nor a motherboard issue. It’s isolated to just this keyboard.

How can I fix that?

You're likely tapping them a bit TOO early.

You need to wait a second for the keyboard to turn on and calibrate the switches.
