#JST cable problem

I received the 80HE module today with Plastic case and I started building it. I noticed the JST cable had to be turned 180° to fit in to the PCB and I did exactly that. I followed the official build video from wooting themselves, all was good and then I saw the routing channel for the cable. So I checked checked the cable and it looks like it's ruptured as I can see silver wires coming out if it. I made a ticket and described the problem. So, is there any way I get a new JST cable itself, or do I have to order the case again from wootina again?

I sold my keyboard yesterday because delivery was today and now I'm left without any keyboard for my PC 😐
Delivered to France so it took 8 days to my home.
