Hello!

I have been having problems with my keyboard because the wootility tells me that keys are being actuated, and indeed that does about 0.1 - 04 mm. That is, if I set the actuation point to 0.1 randomly keys are pressed to infinity. I have tried all possible solutions but it doesn't work.

The list of things I have tried:
-Reset the keyboard to factory default.
-Set 1kz polling rate and disable the tachyon. Even with 1k and no tachyon, they trigger by themselves.
Re-enter each switch with its corresponding keycap.
-Clean the pcb with isopropyl alcohol in case something might be interfering.
-I have also tried with the stock cable.
-By chance I have tried to add 10 Jade Gateron switches from Wooting itself that I had to spare and I have not been able to see if I got this error. With the ones I have (TTC Kom) it clearly seems to actuate the keys by itself.
The keyboard works correctly, but the only annoying thing is that the keys between 0.1 and 0.4 are triggered by themselves.

Is there any other solution you can give me? Is the problem software? Or is it hardware?

I noticed the LEDs are set to white and the number of keys affected seems to be high.

Can you attempt to lower the keyboard brightness to 0% and see if the phantom presses go away?
(This is to check if the keyboard doesn't have enough power to power the Hall sensors)

I’m experiencing the same issue.
Does any staff member know how to fix this?
Mine is the Wooting 80HE White Zinc Alloy version (just arrived).

I'm experiencing the same issue with my keyboard, but replugging the cable temporarily fixes it. However, the same problem comes back every time I start up the computer.

i also put 1000hz in settings and issue gone ... will see if its come back later.
