Click on Advanced graphics settings
this pops up
Okay
you should see something like this, games (or in your case, just CS2) showing up, but I'm guessing that's not the case?
ahh
if you see the option for "Add an app", do select it if CSGO isn't showing up
i did js that
from there
- Open Steam
- Go to your Steam Library
- Open the CS2 game-tab (from where you can launch the game
- Then Click on the cogwheel, Manage, Browse Local Files
actually
let's make this easier
open the game instead, don't open the local files
i opened it
Alright, gimme a sec
in the meantime, open Task Manager
3 ways,
hold Control, Shift and escape altogether at the same time and it should open it
Type "Task manager" in the search bar
or right click your taskbar and find the "task manager"
from there go to the Details tab, and find cs2,exe
should look something like this
done
once you find it, right click it, and click on "open file location"
it should open a tab like this with "cs2" pre-selected
Right click the pre-selected item, and click on "Copy as path". You can also do "control+shift+C" to do the same function if the "copy as path" isn't a visible option
okay thanks for the help ill take it up from here
The path, will look something like this: "H:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\bin\win64\cs2.exe"
That's mine for example
i know what to do on this part
Alright, yeah just add a game and input the path into the tab that pops up, then select the game you just told it to put and set it to use the MX330 ("high performance" option) if it shows up
basically
let me know how it goes
you'll need to re-start the game after you set those settings
once you've finished up and run the game, let me know how it runs...
