have you tried performing a restore?
other usb cables or usb ports?
it cant be the cable bc it works with my other keyboards. ive tried other ports to no avail. Would the reset device work if wootility doesnt recognize it?
If the keyboard is in restore mode it won't show in Wootility, but will show when you go through the steps in the image
restore didnt work, any thoughts. its only a year old
Since you have the 60HE it might be a D29 case
Since it failed on waiting for the keyboard to reconnect

i dont know what happened but i plugged it in today to try the restore method again and it just started working again lol. Thank you all for this
