I ordered the keyboard recently and the port had been loose and defective from before. Do you think they would be willing to make a replacement

Alright, I just needed to know if wooting was one of those more chill companies or like fullt automated "there's nothing we can do"

They’re pretty good, but then again there’s people that will spill food and drink on their keyboard and hope to get a replacement and get pissed off when the warranty is voided.
So I wasn't hallucinating when I saw a quite literal "I've spilled liquid on my keyboard" section in their support
Dude I joined this discord channel at the beginning of the year and have seen literally dozens of community support posts about it. And some of them don’t even bother to dry off the keyboard before trying to use it. Like wtf 😂
But yeah the usb port breaking shouldn’t be an issue. Worst case if they don’t fix it, you could buy a port online and solder it on the board (I’ve done similar for ps4 controllers since the micro usb port would fail after a while).
