no confirmation email

I ordered an 80HE on Wednesday and I still haven't received the order confirmation email. Who can help me ?

After checking, I don't receive any emails from the site. Even when I forget my password, it tells me that the email has been sent. I wait several minutes and I don't receive anything at all, even in my spam.

Then you most likely typo'd the email when you ordered and need to contact support with as much info as you can so they can change it for you.

in the order email it is possible given that my iPhone has pre-filled certain boxes including that of the email by putting capital letters, on the other hand for the password email forget my email is correct but I still have not received it

"forgot password" will say it has been sent even if the email didn't exist in the system. It's standard security practice to not say it didn't exist

You most likely have that godawful "generated email address to prevent spam" function enabled on your iCloud.

It generates these crazy ass email addresses for each use.
Contact support through the links further up, include your full name, shipping address and proof of purchase
