so yesterday i deeply caffeinated my keyboard and successfully restored it. I can confirm that coating is working and the board is alive, however now I have a question if I can somehow understand if the coating should be reapplied. I saw several solutions like that one https://mgchemicals.com/products/conformal-coatings/conformal-coating-spray/circuit-board-waterproofing/ and hope to hear from the community
MG Chemicals
422C-340G is a 1-part, acrylic-silicone blend conformal coating spray that cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in just 10 minutes. It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework.
