Cant use restore mode 60HE

Hi,
I have an ISO layout 60HE (the 1st generation model)

I can't enter restore mode, the wooting webpage says to hold fn+backspace.

troubleshooting via wootility says to hold return/enter+backspace for ISO layout & fn+backspace for ANSI.

I have tried holding all of these keys down and cannot get it to go into restore mode at all.

The RGB comes on every time without fail despite holding down the correct key combo (which for me should be enter+backspace).

Device manager shows the keyboard attached as normal.

Can anyone help?

for 60HE this should always be "FN + Backspace" keys being held when the keyboard is connected then after 2-3 seconds the keys should be released
