#Wooting 80He Error trying to save the profile

I am trying to create a new profile and change some settings however I get this error every time i attempt to make a change "An error occurred trying to save the profile to the keyboard" and "Task was cancelled" "Failed to write the report". I tried the website and application, I use the original USC-C provided, and I tried different ports on my PC, I reset the keybaord from the application and fully restore the keyboard as well, neither helped, I dont understand why it randomly started doing that, it happened before but i don't remember how i fixed it, i think it just randomly got fixed. i reinstalled wooting as well, and updated to the last firmware.
