this is something we are working on fixing. the shipping times on the carrier are currently the time range from when you get a tracking link (aka the carrier has received the package from us)

we will adjust both displays to include various buffers as people seem to keep confusing the carrier time for the time it takes to go through the whole warehouse AND shipping process (let alone any time it takes for backordered products to arrive at the warehouse)

You can't cancel an order that has shipped, you would have to wait until it arrives and return it. If DPD has lost it then Wooting can either refund you or send another one I believe

Either way you need to wait on support to get back to you

but tbf they do have distribution centers
