Hi After a failed update, my Wooting 80HE is no longer working. The keyboard is currently in Restore Mode – the Scroll Lock and Right Arrow keys are glowing blue.
I have already tried the following steps:
• Entered Restore Mode correctly (holding Right Arrow + Pause while plugging in)
• Tried different USB cables and ports (directly to PC, no USB hub)
• Used Google Chrome to access Wootility Web (https://web.wootility.io/restore)
• Still, the device is not recognized (no USB popup, no connection possible)
In the Windows Device Manager, the keyboard does not appear as “Wooting Restore”, so I cannot proceed with the firmware recovery.
Could you please help me restore the keyboard, or let me know if it might be a hardware issue? I’d appreciate any assistance.
