Hello ! Is there a way to remap buttons so they act like dead keys ? I use a french keyboard and i would like to be able to map the ´ and make it so that it works like the ^ and the ` . Basically I want to be able to make the É or other letters without having to memorize the alt code. I tried searching for this issue but I don't think i saw anyone talk about dead keys.

oh dead keys are pressed and not held, that makes it much harder
