Is your order about to ship and you need to pause it for any reason?
Place it on hold via the Wooting Hub!

- Change the items in your order?
- Change your shipping address to a different country?
- Return a recent purchase?
- Get warranty support?
All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!
If you’ve already checked out, there’s no way to speed up the process. If you haven’t checked out, you could use different shippers/shipping methods (usually the cost to ship will also change). But also don’t expect a drastic difference in times, especially if something is out of stock because it takes time to ship to the warehouse, process at the warehouse, then shipping to you.
it was saying 11 - 17 on checkout after it said 11 - 24 ?
But was that 11-17 to ship to the warehouse and 11-24 to ship to you (of course any of these dates are estimated and may be affected by external factors)? When you go into the wooting hub, you’ll be able to pull up your order and see the current estimated shipping times. Whatever is shown there is what to go by.
Also if 11-17 switching to 11-27 could be different depending on what shipping method you chose.
