#URGENT: Wooting 80HE Unresponsive (Please Help!)

My Wooting 80HE is unresponsive. I’ve tried resetting it and it worked for a bit but now I’m having the same issue and it wont even let me reset it

Before when i tried resetting it by pressing the top right and bottom left keys and plugging it in it wud make the windows device connected sound and i was able to reset it in the wooting software

But currently im getting the same issue and theres no windows sound when i plug it in while holding the top right and bottom left keys

try to unplug the jst and plug it again properly

ok ill try that, bc i did open my kb to replace teh swtichs

so it cud be that i didnt plug in the jst connector all the way

also its still haev the same issue, itll just randomly be unresposive and i have to replug it

It wasn't. It got loose.

The cable was in, it eventually fell out completely.
