#Need advice on what to do with my order.

Hi, I recently ordered the 60HE+ with Expedited Shipping (2–6 business days) specifically because I need it urgently. I have a flight on Thursday, May 8th, and I’m really hoping it arrives before then.

For those who have ordered before how long did it take for your product to arrive after placing the order?

Is there any other way to reach support besides email? I received an automatic response saying replies may take up to 5 business days, which could be too late in my case.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

if it hasnt shipped yet i wouldnt bet on it arriving. we usually dont recommend to order when theres is a specific date to hit. you can of course place the order on hold in the hub and release it from the hold once youre back.

there is sadly no ways to send it sooner. they all automatically go through the order process and once queued for fulfillment we have almost 0 control over it.

in your case its already in the warehouse system of our logistic partner

all you can do now is pray that the parcel carrier and warehouse work fast enough
