I’m planning to sell my Wooting 80HE, but I don’t want the buyer to see my personal details (like name, phone number, or address) when I transfer the order. Is there a way to avoid that?

I would like to ask if there is a limit on how many times an order can be transferred to a different owner?

You'll have to reach out to customer support for assistance with this.

Do I also need to contact you through the Wooting Support Wizard and communicate via email?
I’m in a bit of a hurry—how long does it usually take to get a response?

That is indeed the only way to get in touch with customer support - which you'll need to do, if you want to remove your personal information from an order, before transferring it to someone else.

Alright, I just tried to transfer the order to an empty Wooting Hub account, but I got the message “Order already connected to user.”
Does this mean it’s not possible to transfer the order this way? Or is there some other issue?
Sorry for bothering you so much, and thank you for your help.

#

I was thinking of transferring it to an empty account first, and then transferring it to the buyer.😂

#

Is it possible to do it this way?

thorn coral
#

you do the transfer from the empty account and fill in the ordernumber and current order owner email

#

dont try to start it from the account which has the order

Sorry, I’m a bit confused. What I want to do is transfer from the original account (Account A) that placed the keyboard order, to an empty account (Account B) first, and then finally to the buyer’s account (Account C). That way, the buyer won’t be able to see my personal information, right?

#

But when I tried to transfer it to the empty Account B just now, it showed Order already connected to user.

thorn coral
#

if it says already connected to user that means you clicked transfer order while logged into account A

#

I still don’t understand… If I don’t log into Account A, how can I initiate the order transfer?

thorn coral
#

how would it get anywhere if you log into account A that owns it, enter the ordernumber and the email of account A

#

the reason we designed it this way is customer convenience if someone purchases this for a loved one, friend or similar then only the recipient needs a hub account

#

so log into account b, go to my orders and then click transfer order. enter the order number and the email currently connected to the order. then confirm the transfer with the email you receive on the email currently owning the email.

If you need to hide personal information, it seems like we would also need to submit a report.
