Just got a Wooting 80HE today, but whenever I try to connect it via the provided braided cable, it won't connect to my PC. First I tried in a USB Hub, that was when I found it wouldn't connect, so I tried plugging it into the motherboard directly instead, same issue. I have tried with two different cables, the provided one as well as one that came with my Two HE. Neither worked. I checked device manager but I did not see anything related to the Wooting in any way (not even a restore device). I have many USBs connected, but even removing all but my mouse it still wouldn't connect. I have tried restoring but I get an error named Bootloader.

To be clear -- if it helps, I have used a Two HE as well as the UwU in the past, but never connected this 80HE to my computer before.

Build as follows: 80HE Black PCR, OWL TI HE Switches, Firmware is to the latest version. knighht v3 stabs with bandaid mod on plate. Rest are to stock
I have updated the firmware of the 80HE before sending it to @sturdy jacinth So its kinda funny ( note that the JST cable and all that jazz was alrdy slotted in so i am unsure what happened during shipping.)

No because it doesn’t seem to be able to get into restore mode with the rgb
No RGB at all, and from what I’ve read on the wooting website there should be something popping up in device manager or devices in windows, when there isn’t anything connecting at all

id check the jst that it didnt wiggle loose during whatever the shipping company did to the package
