disconects on profile save or modification

hi i just recieved my wooting 80he today , but whenever i make modification to profiles
or like turn on tachyon or rapid trigger , literaly any modifications and try to save it to the keyboard , (either on the browser or the app) the keybaord quikly dsiconects , then says its reconected but its not , and i have to unplung it an re plug it everytime
