Why can't I order wooting 80he, pls help

I always get rejected when paying with a Visa card, I have changed to another card but it still doesn't work
I have used this card to make international payments many times.

Typically when a card is declined, it’s the bank trying to protect from potential fraud (common when ordering internationally…in that case call the bank and ask them to allow the payment to clear). Another common reason is if you don’t have sufficient funds or are at the credit limit (less likely but still plausible).
