Well i dont think so they have replacement keyboard feet, so they have to ship you entire bottom part
Hi there, I understand your disappointment that we cannot immediately ship you replacement feet for your Wooting 2HE.
To be clear, we have the parts readily available to ship to customers requiring warranty support. For customers outside of the US, we can provide these replacement part shipments at no cost to the customer.
However, due to the changes in import rules announced by the Trump administration a few weeks ago, it would cost $100 + shipping starting the 2nd of May to send you a "20 cent part" from the Netherlands, increasing to $200 + shipping starting the 2nd of June.
As the email states, we are working on stocking replacement parts in the US for domestic shipments, but setting that up will take some time.
For additional context, you can reference this executive order, section 4 parts B and C.

Purely as an informational sidenote: We also have the feet available as 3d files so enthusiasts with a 3d printer can just print them https://github.com/WootingKb/wooting-design/blob/main/common/w_feet_v2.stl
Should you choose to get the part 3d printed by a local shop, if you send a copy of the receipt/invoice to our support team, they can authorize a cash refund for the cost of that invoice, up to the value of the gift card offer - $20 in this case
