Hi Wooting Community Support,
I have had my wooting 80HE since December 2024. Just the last week my keyboard started to act funny. I have tried swapping out USB C cables, I have tried different computers (1 Laptop and 1 PC), I have updated to the latest firmware (as of yesterday), and I have tried a factory reset. I am at a lost on what to try next.
But, basically what happens is sometimes when pressing a certain key it just never registers it. For example, I spam "Y" on the keyboard and it wont type the letter Y. I will unplug and replug and then it will work again. Then when nothing else happening, sometimes my keyboard will get stuck on the same key. For example, if i press L. It will just spam L without me pressing on it so on notepad it would look like "LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL" until I unplug replug.
I have gone through the search bar suggestions, but nothing I have done on there has fixed my issue.
