#New Keyboard has a Dead Key

I recently bought a wooting60he module alongside switches and the optimum case. I just built the keyboard but for some reason the “S” key doesn’t work and won’t activate. I tried power cycling the keyboard as well as changing the switch to check if something was wrong with it and the key still doesn’t work. I’ve also put the keyboard into restore mode and fully factory reset it and the key is still dead. Is there any other way to fix this problem?

since this only happens on one key, it might indicate that the hall effect sensor is faulty; best you can do is to contact Wooting's official support via the support wizard: https://wooting.io/support and get their official statement; make sure to include the videos and troubleshooting steps you concluded, or alternatively send the Discord thread link as well - https://discord.com/channels/167181566978555904/1365725203833028801
