Yesterday I opened the browser software to update my keyboard, didn't unplug it while the process was going, and my keyboard just doesn't work anymore.
When I connect the cable to the keyboard it gives me the plugging in sound from windows, but nothing recognizes the keyboard, including the wooting web app.
I've tried using different cables, different usb ports from my PC and everything is still the same
