#Unable to flash firmware

Summary: Device only goes into restore mode so I cannot initialize it to Wootility in order to flash it.

Just started initializing a new 60HE+ module and I was having trouble flashing it with the web version. So I downloaded the app and the device was not recognized. It seems that at the current state the device has no firmware installed on it and is unable to be detected by the Web or App version of the utility. No matter how I plug it in it only is recognized by windows as 'Wooting Restore'. So I am stuck in both apps at a state that requires the keyboard to be added in order to flash the firmware but I cannot initialize it until the firmware is flashed (If I had to guess)
