Hi,

This is the 4th or 6th time I've tried to place an order for an 80HE, but it keeps getting canceled. I’m currently living in Florida, but I’m using a Brazilian credit card to make the purchase. I’ve also tried other Brazilian cards, and even a WISE debit card, but none of them worked.

Every time, I receive an email saying the order was flagged as high risk. I’m not sure if the issue is with my address. The apartment complex uses a Parcel Pending system for Amazon deliveries and a USPS mailbox for letters.

I’ve also tried placing the order using two different email addresses, but the result was the same.

I really don’t know what else I can do to buy the keyboard. Can you please help me resolve this?

The email has suggestions on what to try, the only other suggestion is having someone else order it

The automated email you received should tell you some possible solutions. If none of those work, all you can do is ask a friend or family member to order for you.

if the addresses don't match that's one thing fraud detection might call out first (it could mean you try using a stolen card)

Using a foreign card is a big red flag. If you're ordering from our US store to a US address, using a card that isn't issued in the US (or to that billing address), that's definitely going to throw some flags.
