Website bug: Optimum Complete Set doesn't show properly in dropdown on Project Optimum sales page

The select dropdown will open either above or below the select box depending on scroll position.
If scrolled down, the last option (Optimum Complete Set) will be cut off.

this happens when you scroll a tiny bit down and the drop down cant open to the top but opens to the bottom instead
