good point. forwarded it to the frontend team
Do you guys intend to continue to mislead your customers? This was taken from a cart with an 80HE. If you are not shipping from the US at all why continue to advertise that.
You got your answer above that it was forwarded to the people handling the website
afaik we have items that continue shipping from the us
maybe @blissful cave can shine some light on that
thats what they are pointing to. that it says us or eu warehouse
Which is correct?
they said its misleading and honestly with how much changes in this thanks to mr president trump i got no clue anymore what should be happening ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Huh? How is it misleading to say it will ship from either A or B?
@cobalt lynx that was a question for you
It's misleading because why specify at all when only a certain subset of items will be shipped from the US, unless you can specify when that will actually be the case. I canceled my order from another brand, lost a restocking fee, and went with wooting instead specifically because of the advertised shipping location.
Typically, during the checkout process it is already known where an order will be fulfilled from. This is reflected by the indication showing "Your shipment will ship from XYZ."
Presently, there are half a dozen additional qualifiers and relevant pieces of context, many of which are subject to change on the whims of a particular politician's tweets, that directly affect how and when an order will be fulfilled.
What is shown on the website covers those basis, and makes it clear that for the customer, there is no impact on cost.
