Hey do you live in the US? just found out myself that they do batch shipping because theyre in the EU
we dont ship products on weekends
where did anyone say that??
you claim we do batch shipment which is technically true if youre on preorder but not whats happening in your case having read your messages on here
so instead of being vague just tell me whats with my case? why does everyone at this company have to be "akshually ☝️ 🤓 " instead of just answering the question

just bought the keyboard and didn't see no pre order or anythning like that
thats why im pointing you to the estimate. its the most "accurate" timeframe we can give you and is tailored to your order and destination specifically
because you most likely ordered an in stock item

packages ship daily

depends on the carrier. they all pick up at different times during the day
but also not something we handle directly
cus my order has been in "ready to pack" for a little bit now
hence the estimate on the hub. it adds timeframes for packing, queueing, delivering and such

ofc you also get a tracking link once it ships (that link is from the parcel carrier and far more accurate than estimates from us)

i see. Cus 14 days is a little outrageous even tho i'm based in EU
thats understandable. at the same time we base all estimates we give on historical data from past orders so it could inflate thanks to christmas delays and such
but yeah we definitely send you an email (assuming you received the previous ones as well) with tracking info once it gets handed over
well i got two mails one asking to activate my account and the other confirming my order-
then it should also send you the tracking mail. the order confirmation is the important one for that
