Shipping?

I woke up and saw i had an email asking me to confirm my address.. 20 minutes after that email a 2nd one was sent saying it will be shipped from the netherlands now. You guys sent this at 6:28 am, how is anyone supposed to respond in 20 minutes at 6am? I logged on to confirm my address but it doesnt say where its shipping from now.

Also it says that its in stock in a warehouse on the website itself but the email says netherlands.. just hoping to get some clarity here i can drop my order# if needed i crossed it out because i wasnt sure if others can claim it or w.e

we work in EU-Asia timezones

but yeah your order got most likely changed to be fullfilled through the EU warehouse. check the batch update linked ^ for more info

i understand a timezone difference, but why even bother sending an email at all if theyre going to send it when youre asleep lmao.. makes 0 sense, my location information is there and if its shipping in the US then it would make more sense to wait when its a regular time in the US..even if i was awake who checks their email every 10 minutes to catch the 20 minute wnidow
