I placed an order on Monday with expedited shipping, and it was held up because the extra cable was on backorder. When I ordered I don't remember seeing anything about my entire order being held, rather I saw a date range of possible delivery.
When I contacted support the next day, rather than just chaing it for me and shipping the keyboard and keeping the cable on backorder, they directed me to the hub to place my order on hold and request that the keyboard be sent. I took care of that the same day. The whole order still shows on backorder.
Yesterday morning, I again reached out through the hub to see if they can get my keyboard out so I can receive it on Friday but I still have yet to hear back. I even ordered another keyboard with expedited shipping separately to get it in the time frame I need it on Tuesday. The hub tells me it has been shipped 2nd Day Air, but UPS tracking says they don't even have the package yet.
Is there no way to get to support within a reasonable amount of time? I ordered when I did so that I would receive the keyboard with the rest of my setup. Actually, I've ordered twice now.
As of right now, between desk, pc components, and chair, everything is being held up by a keyboard that I ordered through expedited shipping 3 days ago which seems wild to me.
