I placed my order in February, but I have yet to receive my package. It is currently held at the post office, but I am unable to collect it because an incorrect email address was provided on the shipment. Additionally, it was sent as a letter instead of a package, which I find confusing since I ordered an UwU keypad—an item that clearly should not be classified as a letter.

I have already reached out via email but have not received any response. It has now been two months, and I have not received any updates regarding my order. I would appreciate at least some feedback on the status of my package, as it was originally intended as a birthday gift for my partner, and this shipping issue has caused significant inconvenience.

Please get back to me as soon as possible and help resolve this matter.
