wooting 60he lights settings not working

my keyboard presets and customs arent working its just giving a full blue default keyboard no matter what i do on wootility, i have tried resetting the keyboard but its not working. i have only bnought the keyboard for a week help.... #1019723042244534282

Turn off SignalRGB or any other rgb controller apps

True, same could happen with icue, or you have some effect i. Wootility Settings.
