This problem started when an firmwere update went wrong. And I didnt knew that u could trouble shoot it so I removed the keyboard and now I cant get Whootility to recognise the keyboard. I've tried to follow the step in the Device maneger and removed the device and go to Regestry editor but I dont see any "VID_31E3, VID_03EB&PID_FF0, or VID_03EB&PID_240" Under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB. If anyone know how to fix this problem or also have this issue please reach out to me
