After closing the wootility app, it's spiking to 10-15% CPU usage with the .exe running in the background and I have to end the task to forcefully close it.
Seems to happen the most while it's loading the KB profiles? Not sure
Etw trace shows that ntoskrnl is the culprit which has the method of module ntdll hanging it, with "crrenderermain" and "chrome_childiothread" related to it.
I attached screenshots and log for easier debug.
