I just downloaded the new wootility app and tried to update my keyboard but halfway through the update I clicked onto a fullscreen game. I then couldn't tab back out or do anything for 10 minutes and decided to turn my pc off and on. However, when I turned it on, my keyboard wasn't being recognised (I tried 3 diff ports which I know work and even tried different cables which I know do work yet it still wasn't being detected). I do not know what to do as whatever I try, it doesn't work. Please help!

Nevermind, I just unplugged it and plugged it back in and now its working. Sorry for the fuss.

had the same issue on 80 he, update to 5.0.2 fixed it for me, try this if u didnt yet
