I also created another order in the meantime, paying 20 euros for shipping but a cable is not in stock and therefore I asked if it was possible to change the color with one of the cables they had in stock to speed up shipping, but here too I am not getting any answers

No. All I can do is check and see if there's something wrong with your first order. There is not. You'll have to wait for someone from our support team to reply back to your request for an order modification.

ok, why wait 20 days for a cable when any color suits me, and having paid for fast shipping makes me angry

so if I could change color it was the same for me

anyway I opened the ticket to find out if they could change the color of the cable and ship it immediately, let's see if possible

Hello wooting team, I accidentally placed an extra order for the keyboard I wanted and would like to cancel one of the orders. I tried to go through the website, however, I have not recieved an order number for either of the two. One of which was ordered last night and the second was accidentally ordered today. sorry and thank you for the help!

Hello wooting team, I placed an order for 2 x 80he wooting keyboards and for some reason my order was canceled. When I go ckeck on the status of my order, it says that the order has been put on hold. Can you help me out please, especially since I need the keyboards to arrive before my trip on the 30th of March.
