This is freakin frustrating! Why do you make it so hard for your customers to make a purchase? Take note, I already had a successful order prior to this issue of "potential fraud" and I used the same parcel-forwarding service and payment info. My first order was for 3 - 60HE+ and 2 - 80HE and that one actually went through and has been delivered already!!! But now, I'm trying to pre-order just one 80HE module & frost pcb case but all my attempts are getting canceled!!!! My first order was 5x worth yet your payment system didn't flag that! And why are you limiting where we want our orders delivered??? You're getting paid! Good thing my bank is very quick to process the reversal of all the order attemps you canceled!!!

Just stop using your vpn brother
This is something we don't do manually, but what our system does.
Are you sure your card info is the exact same as your shipping address? (didn't move, no new card with new info etc. )
I had this same issue a couple days ago while ordering my keyboard and the fix was to change my door number on the address from "n989" to simply "989" (example number ofc) xD
seems like if the system can't find your address it cancels the order
it seems it was unhappy with using a card under a different name than the name for my shipping address. makes sense i guess but a bit frustrating since my legal and preferred name are different
got it resolved tho
Not using vpn
I’ve also had the same problems and I tried talking to them about it through customer support and the discord community and still the same response which is because of automation and lack of workers. I don’t get why they won’t just do it the simple way and allow orders to pass through and that’s when they’ll verify them, process them, and then decide when would be a reasonable and expected delivery date. I don’t know why it’s that hard to accomplish. So much people are having the same problem ordering Wooting products and they’re supposably not allowed to talk about why such a thing is fraudulent. Wooting is a great company but these are things they keep overlooking, not sure why.
"and they’re supposably not allowed to talk about why such a thing is fraudulent" - It's not Wooting cancelling the order, it's the payment processor
I just joined the server because ive tried to order about 7 times in the last 2 hours and this happened every time
the only thing you can do is the things stated in the email. We don't personally flag the payments.
Different payment method, different person ordering (make sure their card info matches the delivery address etc.) and all the other things mentioned in the email
