I know this thread is mostly used to report errors and request help with products but I figured I'd use this to share my appreciation for my 80HE.
I've only had this for a day and I can already tell you with my full chest that it's the best keyboard I've ever had, PERIOD. I got the plastic variant and I was originally concerned because of the smallamount of YouTubers I've seen complain about the plastic feeling cheap. I was surprised to feel how sturdy it was. This doesn't feel cheap. It feels like I got my money's worth. The design, customizability, and the feel of every individual component feels immaculate and responsive. I back-ordered mine so I had been waiting since December to get mine but it was 110% worth the wait because it's unreal how amazing this keyboard looks and feels.
