I've bought your 80he wrist rest in white. You promoted as washable:

After using it for few hours it has dark marks and after cleaning it was still visible.

I paid 7,95€ for return shipping costs. Guess what, I don't get the money back.

Is it my fault that your product doesn't do what it promises as advertised?

What kind of things did you use trying to clean it?

I used a mild baby dishwashing liquid. If I would have seen some improvements I could have use some sort of aggressive cleaners.

To be fair if you wanted warranty support, you could have reached out for it, instead of just shipping the wristrest back as a regular "I regretted my purchase and would like to make use of my 30 day return window" return.

Because I clicked on the return and not the warranty button, I lost 7,95€ shipping costs. Ah ok, very customer friendly. It's totally technical impossible nowadays to refund via paypal... (you're right, I used my credit card - anyway)
