I've already messaged wooting support 2 days ago. and still no reply. I already paid the package and it is here but I cannot get it because they are charging something that I already paid during checkout of the product. @gritty grotto

I dont want the package to go back to where it came from, then wait for another month for it to be delivered to me and then charge me again for any additional fee. This is frustrating on my part.

You can either pay the fees now and get the package, and wait for support to help repay what you already paid. Or you can let it return to us.
