When can I expect a refund because on Wooting it says being shipped to you but ups returned it back because something was wrong with the name or something

I tried 😭it’s Been like 9-10 business days it was the 16 th when I emailed them

But once they receive the package, they’ll be able to take action whether it’s a refund or to figure out a redelivery. Just know, they’re still catching up on support tickets from the holiday season so it may be a few extra days.
